1 cup soy/rice milk
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tablespoon nondairy chocolate or carob chips
1/4 tsp vanilla extract (I don't use vanilla in mine)
1 tsp maple syrup
Whisk the milk, cocoa, chips, vanilla, and syrup together in a small saucepan, over medium heat. Cook until chips are melted.
